HOW TO HELP!

The Pregnancy Care Center staff is continuing to minister to women and families during this time through phone calls, texts, emails, online lessons, and porch pick up of needed items. These methods of communication and service have been very effective and we are reminded that neither tornadoes nor COVID19 nor physical distance can keep the message of Hope and Life from those who need it the most. We can’t wait to share some of the stories of lives saved and transformed during this time. Nothing can stop the love of God from being shared!

As you know, our annual fundraising banquet is a wonderful time of celebration and reunion where we retell all the good that have been happening in this ministry. We love sharing the stories of lives saved and transformed by the love of Christ that our clients encounter here. In the meantime, we are pleased to announce that we are participating in The Big Payback on May 6-7, 2020.

The Big Payback is a community-wide, online giving day hosted by The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee. Over the past 6 years, this initiative has raised millions of dollars for non-profit organizations in the 40 counties that make up Middle Tennessee.

This is our first time participating, but we have set a goal of raising $7,500 between 6pm on May 6th and 6pm on May 7th. Donors will give to us through The Big Payback website. We want to be clear, The Big Payback does not receive a portion of your donation nor does it cost us anything to participate. Only the normal processing fees from credit card companies will be deducted and the rest of the donation comes directly to The Pregnancy Care Center. There are contests within The Big Payback that earn the winner additional donations provided by The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee. These can include the most gifts received between a certain time frame, the biggest number of new givers, etc. We will be communicating with you about which contests we are participating in so you can join the fun, too!

We would love for you to give any amount that you’re able to during the campaign on May 6-7. There is also an opportunity to set up a peer-to-peer campaign on your social media pages, similar to GoFundMe or Facebook campaigns. We are praying for you, our churches, our leaders, the many essential workers and health care professionals in our community, nation, and around the world. We are praying for God to give us peace, strength, patience, and health as we go through. We know that He is in control and He will lead us through this.
