Free Pregnancy Tests

Pregnancy Care Center provides free pregnancy tests so you can be certain you’re pregnant. Results are 99% accurate and 100% confidential.

Free Onsite Ultrasounds
Ultrasounds provide vital information about your pregnancy, including how far along you are, your estimated due date, and whether or not there is a fetal heartbeat. Having this information will inform your pregnancy options going forward!

Free STD Information
Pregnancy Care Center does not provide STD testing or treatment.
Anyone sexually active is at risk of contracting an STI. We can discuss your symptoms and give you information on how and where to get help.
It’s crucial to be tested for STDs before an abortion. STDs often don’t cause any symptoms, but left untreated, they can cause serious problems both now and in the future.
Additionally, any procedure involving the uterus, including abortion, could cause an undiagnosed infection to spread to the reproductive organs. This could lead to the future risk of ectopic pregnancy[1] and infertility[2].

Parenting Classes
We get it—the idea of parenting may feel overwhelming. You’re not alone. Pregnancy Care Center provides free parenting classes and resources to help you confidently prepare for parenthood.
We’ve got you covered with:
- Parenting classes and support groups
- Budgeting classes
- Other classes available upon request
- Care Partner Program
Our Parent Support program empowers parents who choose to parent by providing education, mentoring, and material assistance. Earn points to spend in our boutique for baby items you need. We’re here to walk alongside you through life’s ups and downs, We offer referrals and information for other community resources as well.
In addition to our parenting classes, Pregnancy Care Center offers a Care Partner Program, where enrolled clients will receive regular, one-on-one appointments with our Client Care Partner. This program is perfect for those who may be feeling overwhelmed or who would like to discuss changes they would like to see in their situation, set goals, and be connected to community resource partners. These goals may be related to housing, employment, or finances, or perhaps more personal, such as meal planning or creating routines at home. Whatever steps clients would like to take toward the future, our Care Partner is here to listen, come alongside, and help navigate each step of the way.
